Online divorce

We are fully aware that the emotional side of divorce can take its toll, and therefore aim to make the legal process as straight-forward as possible. Our online divorces aim to make the process of obtaining a divorce straight-forward.

We offer four online divorce services depending on the level of support you require.

Option one enables you to do your own DIY divorce – we will supply you with the online divorce forms, plus letters and guidance notes needed for you to file for divorce yourself.

Alternatively, you can chose our partially managed divorce service and apply for an online divorce by completing our divorce questionnaire, and returning it to Q&A Law Divorce. Our divorce lawyers will then complete the Divorce Petition and Statement of Arrangements for Children (if applicable) for you and return them to you either by post or email, usually within 48 hours. You will then send your completed divorce documents to the court and the court will send the divorce petition to your spouse.

However if you prefer, we also offer you a fully managed online divorce service, whereby we complete the divorce forms for you, send them to the court and manage all the correspondence required for you.

With online divorces, you no longer have to visit a solicitor to settle a divorce. Instead, the whole process can be dealt with online by a specialist divorce lawyer, including the completion of divorce forms and court correspondence.

Our fully managed divorce option gives you the peace of mind in knowing that your documentation is legally correct as your divorce forms will be completed and checked by specialist divorce lawyers at each stage.
