This divorce service offers you the service of a high street solicitor at online solicitor prices. A qualified divorce lawyer will complete all the divorce forms and court correspondence for you. We will manage the entire process for you. With our managed service you will benefit from:

Please note:

These services are managed by experienced divorce lawyers and we are required by law to check the identity of our clients which costs £5.00 + VAT.

There are mandatory court fees of £300 and £40 payable to the court for each case.

Your dissolution will take approximately 3-6 months to conclude.*

One of you will need to either be living in England and Wales or remain domiciled here.

* Assumes you are not relying on ancillary relief, that the Acknowledgement of Service is promptly filed by the respondent and that the court processes the forms promptly
