This divorce service offers you the service of a high street solicitor at online solicitor prices. A qualified divorce lawyer will complete all the divorce forms, court correspondence and prepare a consent order for you. There will be no need for you to attend court unless there is a dispute regarding costs. We will manage the entire process for you. With our managed service you will benefit from:

Once this service has been purchased you will be asked to provide your personal details for verification purposes. We are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide evidence of identity from all clients. Upon receipt of the same we will forward you a link to complete our online questionnaire which will aid us in the completion of your divorce documents. All completed forms will be emailed to you for your approval and signature.

Please note:
These services are managed by experienced divorce lawyers and we are required by law to check the identity of our clients which costs £5.00 + VAT.
There are mandatory court fees of £300 and £40 for the divorce and £40 for the consent order payable to the court for each case.
Your divorce will take approximately 3-6 months to conclude.*
One of you will need to either be living in England and Wales or remain domiciled here
* Assumes you are not relying on ancillary relief, that the Acknowledgement of Service is promptly filed by the respondent and that the court processes the forms promptly.
