A qualified family lawyer will complete all the documents and court correspondence for you. There will be no need for you to attend court. We will manage the entire process for you. These services are managed by experienced divorce lawyers and we are required by law to check the identity of our clients which costs £5.00 + VAT.
There are mandatory court fees of £300 and £40 payable to the court for each case.
Your dissolution will take approximately 3-6 months to conclude.*
One of you will need to either be living in the UK or remain domiciled here
* Assumes you are not relying on ancillary relief, that the Acknowledgement of Service is promptly filed by the respondent and that the court processes the forms promptly.
