Once this service has been purchased you will be asked to provide your personal details for verification purposes. We are required by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to provide evidence of identity from all clients. Upon receipt of the same we will forward you a link to complete our online questionnaire which will aid us in the completion of your divorce petition and statement of arrangements for children if necessary. When your initial divorce forms are complete we will email them to you with the blank forms required to complete your divorce, helpful guides and standard letters.

These services are managed by experienced divorce lawyers and we are required by law to check the identity of our clients which costs £5.00 + VAT.
There are mandatory court fees of £300 and £40 payable to the court for each case.
Your divorce will take approximately 3-6 months to conclude.*
One of you will need to either be living in England and Wales or remain domiciled here
* Assumes you are not relying on ancillary relief, that the Acknowledgement of Service is promptly filed by the respondent and that the court processes the forms promptly.
